Through a mixture of therapeutic confrontation and supportive humor, we will work through life’s demands. We will identify specific goals, explore areas of challenge, assess progress, and celebrate the victories along the way. Many ACW transformations have come from the use of clinical modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and interpersonal therapy.

The use of homework has also been key in these transformations. These modalities represent just a few of the methods that can be tailored to your individual needs.
