ACW will always keep everything you say confidential, with the following exceptions:
(1) you complete and sign a Release of Information (ROI) form designating a specific person or entity for ACW to share your information with;
(2) ACW determines that you are an imminent danger to yourself or to others;
(3) information about the abuse of a child, an elderly person, or a disabled individual who may require protection is disclosed; or
(4) ACW is ordered by a judge to disclose information.
